Europe is putting on weight and taking too little exercise. Television programmes, newspapers and magazines are full of it. Initiatives aimed at getting us all to diet and to take part in more sporting activities are springing up all over the place. BalanceMatters takes a different approach, offering an integrated programme based upon four main areas of focus:

Kids in Balance © has developed a unique programme for children in primary education. In three inter-active workshops, kids from 8 to 12 learn all there is to know about feeling good, having confidence, eating healthily and being more physically active. The workshops take place during school hours, in the gym or school assembly hall. Read more |
